NOEL MACHINGAWUTA

Noel is a businessman and qualified metallurgical engineer with extensive experience in the mining industry, including as Director of Companies.

He was a founding partner of Lephatsi Investments, and previously worked in senior positions at BHP Billiton, Mintek and the Royal Dutch Shell Group. Noel holds a PhD in Process Metallurgy from Imperial College, London and MAP from Wits Business School.

Modiri is a director of MODMO IT Consulting, an IT company based in Johannesburg

SIPHAMANDLA KHUMALO

Siphamandla is a seasoned finance and accounting professional with over 15 years of working experience. He is a qualified CA(SA) and completed an MBA at Gordon Institute of Business (GIBS). Further, he has completed CFA Level 2.

His working career has exposed him to diverse industries including oil and gas, mining, agro-processing and agriculture and pharmaceuticals. The companies he has worked for include Standard Bank of South Africa, Industrial Development Corporation as well as Avacare Health group.
